These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.ph-10.shop (“the Site” or “Our Platform”), operated by Publishing House №10 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, browsing our catalog, or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We operate as an independent publisher and online retailer specializing in Russian literature in translation.

• Our Catalog: The Site offers physical books (including English translations, bilingual editions, and various book series) and custom merchandise for direct retail purchase.

• Production Specifics: All books ordered on the Site are manufactured individually and custom-made for each customer, then shipped directly from our production and fulfillment facilities.

2. Retail Purchases, Pricing, and Payments

• Pricing: All prices for books and merchandise are clearly displayed on the respective product pages. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency specified at checkout.

• Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via the payment gateways integrated into our platform. Orders will only be processed and sent to production once full payment is successfully received.

3. Production and Shipping Terms

• Production Time: Because our books are custom-made for each order, please allow a standard manufacturing window of 3–5 business days before your order is dispatched.

• Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after production is complete. However, delivery windows are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, or courier delays.

• Separate Shipments (Important): Our books and custom promotional merchandise (such as apparel with literary quotes) are manufactured at different facilities. If your order contains both books and merchandise, they will arrive in separate packages.

4. Cancellations and Returns Policy

• Cancellations: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is automatically sent to the production facility for manufacturing. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or modified after submission.

• Defects and Damages: Since every book is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your book or merchandise arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at editor.number10@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement copy at no extra charge.

5. Intellectual Property

• Copyright Ownership: Publishing House №10 retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all original website content, translations, book layouts, and unique designs displayed on the Site.

• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from our books or website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct and Moderation

We welcome community engagement and reviews on our platform. However, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for unacceptable behavior.
